Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

As an online retailer specializing in imported football jerseys, we would like to inform you of our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase. 

No Refunds -  Due to the nature of our business and the costs involved in importing football jerseys, we do not offer refunds. Each order is imported individually from international jersey manufacturers. Hence, once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered as a confirmed order. We encourage customers to double-check their orders and ensure accurate sizing and if needed to, get in touch with our customer support for sizing assistance before making a purchase.

No Returns -  We do not accept returns for any reason other than a defective or damaged product. If you receive a jersey that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Please note that our team also has images of the jersey taken before being packed to make sure any deliberate damage or misuse of the policy, post delivery. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution accordingly.

No Exchanges - Since our jerseys are imported according to your order and sourced from various suppliers internationally we cannot offer exchanges. It is important to review the sizing charts provided on our website and select the appropriate size before placing an order. Please get in touch with our customer support for sizing assistance.
