How long does it take to delivery an Order?
The standard delivery time is 7-9 working Days all over India. Delivery is done through trusted shipping services that are available for your region. In rare cases order could be delivered slightly later than the average time due logistics issue, but you can be rest assured our team will make sure you get it as soon as possible.
Will the Jersey come with Original Tags?
Yes, all the jerseys on the website are original/authentic quality. Hence, each jersey comes with official tags resembling its authenticity.
How do I wash the jersey?
All the jerseys on the website are original quality and hence delicate. Please make sure that you do not machine wash or use hot water for these jerseys as it damages the prints during the washing process. Mild hand washing is reccommended. Avoid excessive squeezing of your jersey during the drying process.
Do you offer Custom printing option?
Yes, we offer custom printing (name & number) for 299 extra only. If you need custom printing, kindly Click Here and drop your request, our team will guide you further.
Does the Jerseys come with Shorts?
No, original jerseys never come with shorts. Not just here but anywhere worldwide. Shorts are only available with First Copy Jerseys.
Can i get a Refund or Replacement/Exchange?
Unfortunately not. Each jersey is imported individually from international manufacturers and suppliers based on your order details. Hence, due to the nature of the business we cannot provide a refund or exchange for an order. We encourage you to confirm your size by referring to the size chart before placing and order or get in touch with our team for any size assistance.
What if i recieve a different size or damaged product?
In case of a wrong size or damaged product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. Although this usually never happens, that being said, our dispatch team takes images of the jersey before its packed to avoid any issue pertaining to deliberate damage post delivery. Hence, such cases would be reviewed by our team.
What is the Difference between Fan & Player Edition jerseys?
Fan edition jerseys are created using premium materials for maximum comfort and are designed for fans or supporters for daily wear. These jerseys have a climate control fabric for longer durability and are less flexible than the player editions. For a heavier appearance and feel, fan edition badges are stitched on the jersey.
Player edition jerseys are designed with the best possible fabrics for the highest level of comfort. They are exactly the jerseys you see your favourite players wearing on the pitch. It is flexible and incredibly light. This fabric is intended to be breathable and has several tiny air holes throughout. Additionally, a player edition jersey's sweat-wicking technology wicks away moisture while hastening fabric drying. The player edition jersey's emblems are heat applied for a more seamless appearance and less weight.
